Paeroa Self Contained Sleep out

Forget your worries in this spacious & quiet space. Just 2kms from shops and 500m from a Hauraki Bike Trail access point which is on our quiet rural road. You can walk the trail as an alternative way to using a car to get to the Paeroa shops etc. (Its still 2km!) We're handy to the Karangahake Gorge. Message me any special requests, we will try to meet them. Richard lives on the property. I don't. So, sadly, you are less likely to see me about. WIFI is now available. The space The sleepout is seperate from Richard's house. The rooms are as in the photos with the addition of an area where the food preparation & storage facilities are. We have gone for a relaxed and comfortable style. There's books, games & jigsaw puzzles as well as the TV. Guest access Arrive at our regular checkin times and Richard will be there to greet you. (I may be..) Late check-ins, available by prior arrangement only, will recive instrcutions for letting yourselves in. Other things to note 600 m from the highway - far enough to make it very quiet but easy to find . Its a lifestyle block surrounded by dairy farms. At the moment Richard has 3 sheep and 1 calf. Not pets but friendly enough. Not suitable for children.
