The Gobbins Studio

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in our Gobbins Studio above the busy historic bar, located in the quaint village of Ballycarry. Millar's Bar has been serving locals and welcoming tourists since 1754. Conveniently located at the gateway to the Giant's Causeway Route and only a couple of miles away from the scenic Gobbins Cliff Path. Come downstairs and enjoy a fine pint of Guinness by the fire. Our kitchen serves great pub food featuring our signature, locally caught, fresh lobster. The space Both studios share a common conservatory with comfy couches, TV and far reaching views across Islandmagee and beyond to the Irish Sea. A shared patio area offers stunning views on a fine day for you to enjoy a drink from the bar (or our fully stocked off licence). Millars Bar is bustling with locals and tourists alike, especially on weekends, when we have live music most Wednesday and Saturday nights. Details of events can be found on our website. Guest access Guests in both the Gobbins Studio or the Halecock Studio have their own bedroom, shower room and sitting room with kitchenettes. There is a shared conservatory with comfy couches and a TV and a shared patio area with far reaching views across the countryside and beyond to the Irish Sea.
