The two bedrooms have room darkening shades for sleeping in. A love seat with a single pullout bed in sunroom along with a piano, a ukulele, 1/2 size guitar, and a turntable with vintage LP’s. Fully equipped kitchen. Finished basement with additional tv area, ping pong, Pac-Man arcade, games and more. Also has a washer/dryer and a second bathroom. The space Fully fenced backyard for child and pet convenience. Just be careful to ensure latch on gate is fully engaged. It’s only a short 2 block walk to Dairy Queen for a daily ice cream treat. The Riverfront park, the library, and several playgrounds are also within a mile walk. The High school is located directly across the street. Check the MVHS schedule for sports, music, or theatre events during your stay. When you are indoors, there is a tv/game area in the basement. The main floor has a second tv and a sunroom with several musical options. Lots to do! Enjoy your stay!! Guest access The main floor and most of the basement are available for your use. The upstairs and the garage are locked and serve as storage areas. Other things to note Please let me know if there is anything you feel needs to be corrected or included.
