Three bedrooms are available on one level, ideal location for walks in nature, many trails start around it.. Upstairs, there is an extra bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. The space This house was built in 1977. It is located on the border of Aubenas and Mercuer in the district of Lazuel, which is a place lined with pine trees. Guest access The house and living space is located entirely on the ground floor, with 3 bedrooms, a workspace or baby room, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room, veranda and kitchen. The wooded garden is 2,000 m2, the swimming pool, petanque court and outdoor ping pong table. A space upstairs, here called "room 4" is accessible for an extra charge, this space is rather intended to accommodate teenagers and children. This floor is equipped with 2 comfortable single beds in 90/200 and a comfortable double bed in 140/200, it has a private bathroom and toilet. It will be necessary to specify when booking if you wish to be able to occupy this space, otherwise it will remain inaccessible; the supplement is therefore €35 per extra bed, and €15 per night per person beyond 6. The cleaning fee includes sheets and towels for 6 people: either 4 beds on the ground floor, or 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds measuring 160/200 and one bedroom with 2 separate beds measuring 90/200. If you need extra beds (a children's/teen space can be booked with a surcharge of €35.00 per extra bed will be requested) for the organization of your arrival, you will need to notify the reservation at least 1 week before arrival.
