Check-out up to 1pm is charged at £50 per hour. Check-out between 1pm and 4pm is charged at half of the average nightly rate. ★ Lost Property Returns ★ If any personal items are left behind, we are happy to assist with returning them where possible. A flat £7 fee will be charged to cover postage, packaging, and handling time for returning lost items. All arrangements and charges will be handled through Airbnb in accordance with platform policy. For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply. Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days. ★Extra Linens & Towels Policy★ A standard set of bed linens and towels is provided at check-in based on the number of guests booked.
