The Modern Magnolia: Cozy Farm Setting

The Modern Magnolia is a cozy and updated space perfect for a retreat. Located in a quiet setting with a farm view, just a short drive to town. Conveniently located in between Terre haute and Brazil, 5 minutes to Rose Hulman, 10 minutes to ISU and a scenic 30 minute trip to many covered bridges. Enjoy updated appliances, comfy beds, and many amenities to make your stay functional and comfortable. The space The Modern Magnolia is a place to rest and retreat. From the bedrooms you will have a wonderful farm view including our chicken coop. Guests are more than welcome to visit the chickens! When you enter the Modern Magnolia you will step into a cozy open concept living room and kitchen. The living room is where you will find the sofa bed and a comfy leather chair perfect for reading, watching tv or listening to records. You will have access to many games to enjoy with family/friends. The kitchen has very updated appliances and is stocked with many cooking necessities including an air fryer, spices, toaster, mixer, cookware, dinnerware, and baking supplies. Don’t forget about the coffee bar! Kcups, sugar and creamer are provided. Off of the kitchen is our spacious laundry room that contains an ironing board, laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. The main bedroom is located off of the living room and contains the bathroom/shower. The roomy additional bedroom is located in the back of the house and also functions as the dining room. Each bedroom has a view to the backyard and the neighboring farm. In them you will find comfortable mattresses, a full length mirror, suitcase rack and sturdy hangers. If you choose to stay with us we will do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
