This platform is GDPR compliant. 1. Respect the Property and Neighbours • Treat the property with care and respect. Avoid loud noise, particularly between 9 PM and 8 AM. • Be considerate of neighbours by keeping common areas clean and maintaining a quiet environment. 2. Clean Up After Yourself • Wash and put away all dishes and utensils after use. • Keep the property tidy and dispose of food and waste properly. 3. Rubbish Disposal • Take out the rubbish regularly to avoid unpleasant odours or pests. 4. No Parties or Events • Hosting parties, gatherings, or events is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Plus, a £250 Fee will be immediately charged! We have noise detectors on the property and outdoor cameras. 5. No Smoking Indoors • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. Feel free to smoke outside of the property with the doors and windows shut; however, our lovely home is a smoke-free zone. Sensitive smoke detectors will inform us of smoking, and a £250 Fee will be immediately charged! A cleaning fee will be charged for violations. You may smoke only in designated outdoor areas, if available. 6. No Theft or Damage • Do not remove or damage any items from the property. Missing or broken items will be charged to your account. • We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor, we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave; this could be the full security deposit, depending on the item. 7. Key and Property Security • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property to ensure security. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. 8. No Additional Guests • Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed to stay. Extra guests without prior approval will result in additional charges or cancellation. 9. Check-Out Responsibilities • Please leave the property as you found it. Ensure: • All rubbish is taken out. • The property is tidy upon departure. 10. Pet Policy (if applicable) • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in advance. An additional cleaning fee may apply for approved pets. 11. Respect Check-In and Check-Out Times • Arrive and depart at the agreed-upon times. • Late check-outs without prior approval may incur an additional fee. • Early check-in and late check-out are possible but must be agreed upon prior; otherwise, check-out must be prompt or charges apply, £15 for every extra hour. This charge also applies for unauthorised early check-in. 12. Utilities • Use electricity, water, and heating responsibly. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. 13. Emergency Contacts • For emergencies, contact the host immediately. For fire or medical emergencies, dial local emergency services (e.g., 999 in the UK). 14. Violation of Rules • Violating any house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and/or additional charges. 15. Liability • The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests must ensure their safety and security. 16.
