The Hudson Carriage Townhouse is within one mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10-minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5-minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This newly remodeled apartment is full of character and amenities including a small patio. We have a gas grill upon quest. The space This property has a long history, and we were determined to keep that history while updating towards a more modern, welcoming look. The house maintains its original wood siding and windows, as well as its original entry porch. With updated amenities guests will feel right at home. Guest access The Hudson Carriage Townhouse unit is the back building behind 223 Hudson Street in a separate building. The unit is on the left side as you enter the small front porch. Guests have access to the entire unit plus back patio and the small side yard. There is 1 off street parking stall in rear of the property, which is accessed through the ally. There is on-street parking on either Hudson Street or 2nd or 3rd Avenue. Other things to note The apartment is a two story with both bedrooms and the full bedroom on the second story. There is a fold out bed available in the bedroom closet
