TV provided by Dish, WiFi by Starlink. Outdoors, a Large Screened in Porch and adjacent Sundeck with a Barbecue. In the Backyard is a picnic table, Fire Ring and Lounge Chairs. For the Fishermen there is an outdoor fish cleaning station and a Launch and Recovery Boat Ramp.
