With 3 bedrooms, a fully fenced back yard for your pets and endless beach house charm, Cutback Cottage is the ideal home to make memories with your friends and family. Laundry, kitchen, wifi, outdoor area and straight across the road from the beach! The space Cutback Cottage is our own little beach house and we're so pleased to share it with you. Perfectly located between all the loves of Tasmania's East Coast, Cutback Cottage is the perfect base to explore St Helens, Binalong Bay, Derby, Bicheno, Coles Bay, Freycinet National Park, Wineglass Bay, Pyenagana and of course all the mountain bike trails if you aren't up for the beach! Without exaggerating, we are less than 200m from getting your feet in the sand and our home is a wonderful retreat for families, friends and fur babies. Our back yard is fully fenced, but of course we do ask you make sure your pets are safe and secure. With a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with Smart TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, dining room, family bathroom and three bedrooms - we have everything you need to just come and unwind. Outside you’ll love the back deck with a BBQ, fire pit and plenty of outdoor furniture. We have three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with 2 king single beds. Please note that the single bedroom is accessed via the second bedroom. With big windows, Cutback Cottage is full of natural light with the front of the home greeting the sunrise and the rear entertaining area making the perfect spot to soak in the afternoon sun. Enjoy spacious, light-filled rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area to unwind after a day of exploring. Please note that bedroom three with the single bed is only accessible via the second bedroom.
