The space Explore our newly renovated single-story home featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, less than one short block to the beach and boardwalk. Our kitchen boasts an array of cookware and appliances to excite chefs of any skill level. We've provided essentials for families with children. Enjoy meals at a dining table for four, complemented by three counter-height bar stools. Relax in ample space, whether dining or unwinding in front of our 65-inch smart TV. Each bedroom boasts a 55-inch TV, fresh linens, a choice of two pillows, and touch lamps with charging capabilities. Accommodations include three beds: two XL twins and one Queen, catering to sleepers of all sizes. Enjoy the convenience of 2 full bathrooms with in-shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with provided towels and washcloths. A fully equipped laundry room is also available for your convenience. **For hypoallergenic reasons, please refrain from using our indoor linens and pillows outside. For your safety and security, we have provided a home security system which provides cameras that are installed at the front and back of the property. Additional security features include window and room sensors along with a control panel in which you will have an access code for your stay. The enclosed backyard offers a fire pit, an outdoor dining area with a gas grill, and a shed stocked with bikes (complete with locks), beach chairs, umbrellas, games, a cooler, and a beach wagon—everything needed for a perfect beach day. Anglers will appreciate our selection of rods and tackle boxes. Plus, our outdoor shower is ideal for a post-beach rinse. We invite you to treat our home with care as we welcome you. A guest book with recommendations and house rules is provided for your convenience. Please take a moment to read it, and most importantly, enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of one bedroom closet and utility closet, which is locked and marked with a sign that reads "No Guest Access." Other things to note ***For more than four guests, the renter will incur a charge of $75 per additional guest, per night. ***Individuals under the age of 25 are not permitted to occupy the property. ***Check-out time is strictly 11 am. Access codes will be deactivated after this time.
