Deer Haven Retreat

Kick back and relax in this recently renovated, private, modern, cabin-like space in the middle of the woods with a beautiful view of a neighboring pond, located just minutes from The Grand River Valley Wine Region , Geneva On The Lake, Historical Ashtabula Harbor and Spire Institute. Deer Haven Retreat is Nestled in the woods but very close to several local attractions. The space We have a recently renovated, unique, three bedroom, two full bathroom , multipurpose/theater room in the basement with private decking and outdoor dining area along with fire pit and private backyard. A garage is also available adjacent to the house for your car or motorcycles. Two main bedrooms on the first floor are both equipped with Queen beds and a nearby full bathroom. The Third bedroom located downstairs has twin over twin bunkbed, as well as twin over full-size bunkbed, a trundle twin bed and a twin pullout chair that converts to a floor mattress . We also have air mattresses and a twin cot available. The third bedroom also has a nearby full bathroom. There is a multipurpose/theater room downstairs equipped with a dining table, a sectional couch, beanbag chairs and games. Guest access Guests are free to enjoy the entire house and decks, backyard, and fire pit area. Please note that there is a beautiful view of a pond on our neighbor’s property, and there is no safety fence surrounding that pond. Please be cautious with children and do not leave them unattended for safety reasons. Feel free to enjoy the view of the pond, but be courteous to our neighbor’s privacy. Other things to note You cannot see the house from the road, our driveway is long and private and we are nestled in the woods, but less than a minute from Interstate 90.
