With three bedrooms, sleeping up to six, our space features modern and chic décor. The lounge boasts comfortable seating, a fireplace and T.V. The spacious kitchen and dining is perfect for gathering. The covered outdoor patio makes for great dining and relaxing. Looking forward to hosting you! The space The living room provides a space to relax and share some time, laughs and great Niagara wine. Watch a movie or read a book by the fireplace. The Dining and Kitchen area has ample space for preparing, serving, and dining for all guests. You'll find all the cookware, dishware, and cutlery required! Our coffee bar is stationed with a Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers and complimentary pods. You will also find a selection of teas and some sweets too! Take the staircase down to the lower level for more room to enjoy your time or some games. If needed you will also find laundry facilities and supplies for your use. If you're going outdoors, spend some time under our covered patio for a great meal or chat! Or test your skills at some lawn bowling in the side yard. The home's driveway is large enough to accomodate upto four vehicles. Here you will find easy access to the home via the rear garden door entrance. When you're ready to settle in for the evening, all bedrooms are set with premium bedding and linens to provide a comfortable nights sleep. All nightstands provides desktop outlets to keep your devices charged. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, as well as pump shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you can pack a little lighter! Guest access The entire main floor and finished lower level of the home and its open yard are available for guest to enjoy. Laundry room is located on lower level. The Garage is private and unoccupied. Parking is located directly on the property. Other things to note We are located in a very popular area of Niagara on the Lake, which frequents cyclists and foot traffic. Please be cautious when entering and exiting the drive, as well as travelling through the area, as there may be pedestrian traffic.
