Located in a cul-de-sac, this property is ideal for a relaxing and disconnecting stay. The space The accommodation is a top of villa, all comfort and spacious, on the waterfront, and very quiet because it is located in a cul-de-sac. It includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (+ air mixers) including one with a dressing room, each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet with a sea view. There are 2 terraces, a large covered terrace on the sea side of 40 m2 which is the outdoor living area and a small terrace of 20 m2 not covered on the slope side. the kitchen is open to an air-conditioned living room (+ air breather) with a high ceiling. The very airy and bright living room/kitchen offers stunning views of the Tjibaou Cultural Center, the sea and the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, and a double door fridge. Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster are available. A washing machine, dryer and cellar are available in the laundry room. Access to the sea is on the ground floor by a private gate, canoes and paddles are available. No pets allowed. Other things to note The amenities are not suitable for children under the age of 12.
