Winter 2026 Open Kunama Haven is a freestanding bright home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully enclosed double garage, equipment storage, modern kitchen with patio and BBQ. Providing reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main area, electric panel heaters in each bedroom and underfloor heating in both bathrooms. This home sleeps a total of 10 people including any children or infants under 2 years. Ideal for larger families or small groups. The space Located in East Jindabyne, "Kunama Haven" is 8km's from the town centre and 35 minutes to the ski resorts. Situated in a quiet residential area, perfect for guests who endeavour to ski or board all day and sleep well at night. Guests who wish to entertain are encouraged to book accommodation in the town centre. Enter via the ground floor which has an expansive storage area and electric wall heater. Continue upstairs to the open plan kitchen, living and dinning room. From this central space through glass sliding doors you continue onto a large balcony with views of the mountains and lake with outdoor table and BBQ. Inside the central area, one side of the home boasts a large private master suite with king bed, TV, walk through robe and a spacious ensuite with freestanding bath. The other side of the home presents two bedrooms, main bathroom with combined laundry. Enclosed lockup garage with power points, equipment storage, internal access and remote roller door. There is also enough space to park additional cars on the fully concreted driveway. Master bedroom - 1 king bed, TV and ensuite including freestanding bath. 2nd bedroom - 1 triple bunk, double on the bottom and single on the top. 3rd bedroom - two sets of king single bunk beds and TV. (4 beds in total) Living room - Sofa bed which is the 8th bed in the property. Use of the sofa bed must be communicated prior to arrival to ensure linen is provided. Main bathroom and laundry - shower, toilet, double basin and front loading washing machine. Clothes dryer located in the garage. Linen is supplied for all guests including towels. Consumables at this property will be supplied for a 2 night stay, if your booking is longer than 2 nights we recommend purchasing more for the remainder of your stay. Bikes in garage photos are not included in your stay and used for photography only. Due to high summer winds the basketball hoop will not be available this winter.
