Small bright cozy A frame on Lake Istokpoga

This is an older A frame house situated on 2.5 acres. The house overlooks a cove on 26,000 acre Lake Istokpoga facing west with beautiful sunsets. It is on a dead end road with little traffic. Driving into the drive you will see large live oak and cypress trees. There is a feeling of old Florida with abundant Spanish moss clinging from the branches. Birds and wildlife are common. Wifi starts 1/14. No TV at Cattail Cove. This is a peaceful and quiet getaway. Boat launch 1000’ away. Good fishing. The space There is a king size bed upstairs with a half bath. Downstairs are two bedrooms ( a pair of twin beds and a full bed) with a full bath. Also a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a bright sunroom overlooking the lake. There is a boat dock that can be used with chairs to enjoy the sunset and watch the wildlife. Guest access Guest are allowed to use the full house but not the garage. Access is through the screened breezeway between the house and garage. Special permission may be used for the garage if needed. Other things to note No fires are allowed in the fire pits.
