Enjoy the traquility while indulging into seasonal fruits and vegetables grown in our farm. Private group parties can be arranged separetely Other things to note Welcome & House Rules 🌿 We’re happy to have you here! To make your stay comfortable, please take note of the following: 1. Smoking → Only on the balconies. Ask the house manager if you need help with gadgets or an ashtray. 2. Cleanliness → Please clean up after meals and use trash cans. If you can’t find one, ask the caretaker or manager. 3. Check-in/out → Late check-in or late check-out must be requested directly from me. 4. Noise & Parties → No loud music or parties after 23:30 (11:30 PM). No after-parties allowed. 5. Windows & Fans → Close all windows and doors in the evening. Please keep the fan on from 17:00 (5 PM) or while in the room — it helps keep mosquitoes away and cools the space. 6. Cleaning & Laundry → For stays over 5 days, laundry is included once. Rooms are cleaned every two days. 7. Children → Toys are available on request. 8. Communication → For any help, contact me or the house manager. 9. Towels & Inspection → You’ll receive face and body towels at check-in (return at check-out). Please do a quick walk-through with the manager when checking in and out. 10.
