Guest access • The apartment spans the entire third floor of the building. • Access is via a wide stone staircase. • The property dates back to the early 1800s, therefore there is no lift. • For this reason it is regrettably unsuitable for those unable to climb stairs. Other things to note • This is a historic Georgian building with original features and is best suited to guests who appreciate calm and privacy. • Age restriction: This property is unfortunately not suitable for children under 12 years of age. It is located on the third floor and contains fragile antiques and decorative items throughout. There is also a wood-burning stove and a glass walk-in shower, making the accommodation unsuitable for young children. By booking, you confirm that all guests in your party will be 12 years or older at the time of check-in and that they will be continually supervised throughout their stay. • Parking - The nearest car park to the apartment is the South Inch Car Park situated just a 5 minute walk away. Charges are reasonable and it costs £7 to park for a full day, paid through your RingGo App or from the machine located on site. Season tickets are also available for guests on a longer stay that reduces the cost even further. Parking is also available on the street just outside the apartment and is free for the first 15 minutes. Please remember to press the green button on the payment machine to get a ticket to display on your car for this first 15 minutes. After that, on-street parking in the city centre is charged at £1.70 per hour (between 8am - 6pm).
