Hello, this is Deru Stay! :-) Conveniently located near Jinju Express Bus Terminal, our space offers easy access to the city's hotspots, including vibrant university town eateries and unique cafes. The interior features a charming mid-century style design! We’ve modernized the second floor of an old house to create a unique space. While the exterior retains its nostalgic charm, the interior is stylishly and tastefully designed, blending the past and present seamlessly. The space ***Accommodation Location & Transportation*** Jeil Hospital Bus Stop: 7 minutes on foot Jinju Express Bus Terminal: 9 minutes on foot CU Convenience Store: 2 minutes on foot Mangjinsan: 4 minutes on foot (round-trip hiking course within 1 hour) Railway Cultural Park: 2 minutes on foot I will provide English instructions via QR codes, which are attached to each product :) ***Parking Information*** Available parking: 1 vehicle Additional vehicles can park on the nearby streets, as the area is residential. :) ***Guest Information*** The base rate covers up to 2 guests. An additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person applies for extra guests. For a reservation for 2 people, only one room will be available for use. :) ***Accommodation Details*** Rooms: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom -Living Room- Projector installed, Netflix and YouTube available for streaming -Bedrooms- Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a set of bedding for 2 guests -Kitchen- A kitchen with basic cooking facilities and dishware (includes microwave, kettle, coffee machine, electric pot, induction stove) -Bathroom- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleansing foam, hairdryer, towels, toothpaste provided -Additional Notes- As the property is located in a residential area, please be mindful of noise after 9 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. No smoking inside the property (a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if violated) Guests will be responsible for any damages, losses, or theft of property during their stay. Please be cautious when using the stairs between the 1st and 2nd floors, as there are no handrails. The front door may be slightly stiff, but feel free to use extra force when opening and closing it.
