Mattox Manor

My house is a lovely totally remodeled open floor plan two story built in 1890 located near downtown with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants and theater. I kept the old charm but brought in all the modern conveniences. It has a huge kitchen, nice dining room and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and each is an ensuite with a Juliet balcony. Nice enclosed front porch, back porch and 3 patios 1 covered. Enjoy the gas grill and patios with our nice cool evenings. The space The open floor plan just draws everyone into the dining room and kitchen for warm conversations. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Outside there are three patios, a grill and patio sets for your enjoyment. Other things to note There are board games, yard games and decks of cards for use and enjoyment. For guests staying a week or longer have bicycles available.
