Everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay…a little bit retro with no wifi and a great collection of DVD’s, games and puzzles. 500m from the wharf, outdoor cold shower, fish cleaning station, plenty of parking for cars and boats. Fully fenced section, Guests to provide own linen and blankets. The space Bring your own linen and pillows. Bring your own toilet paper and sundry items. 1. No parties. 2. Leave the house clean and tidy as you find it. 3. Return keys to lock box when checking out. 4. If you use any linen or towels, please clean and dry before leaving. 5. If you damage or break anything please let us know straight away. 6. No illegal substances on the property. 7. Do not flush women’s sanitary items down the toilet. 8. Remove all rubbish from property before leaving. 9. Close the gate when you leave. 10. Turn off hot water when you leave. 11. DO NOT turn off fridges. Guest access Guests will have access to the house, garden, and use of the fishing cleaning station and outdoor cold shower next to the garage.
