Please note if you are booking for 2, the bunks will not be made up for use unless previously arranged and if slept in an extra guest charge will be applied. We generally don’t cater for pre wedding bridal party prep but may consider depending on number of extra day visitors required- extra charges apply Guest access The cottage is set on our property with its fully fenced yard and is on the left immediately as you enter our property through the shared driveway. Parking is available on the grass on the left as you enter. Guests have exclusive access to the cottage and its fenced yard which overlooks the horse paddocks and dam. We live on site but even though our own home and the guest cottage are located near each other, screens, trees and shrubs provide privacy so guests can totally relax Other things to note Little Burrow Cottage is the sister accommodation to Little Burrow cabin which is set out of sight on the other side of the farm and has its own separate entrance on another road. If you would like to book both cottage and cabin just click on our profile picture and scroll down which should take you to the details We provide enough supplies ie toilet paper etc for under a week but for longer bookings you may need to replenish these yourself. The Southern Highlands can get cold suddenly due to the higher altitude so you may want to pack winter gear for exploring the area As this is a small working equestrian farm you’ll occasionally hear farm vehicles moving around animal noises and manure and mud on the farm itself. As this is a rural area you may see bugs or flys-they may find their way into the cottage despite thorough cleaning. Dogs must be fully house trained and must not be left unattended at the cottage. They aren’t allowed on furniture or beds. Any damage they cause will be charged to owners. For longer stays your dog must be pre approved and you must agree to not leaving them unattended at ant time unless prearranged with owner and then only in the fenced yard not in the cottage as stressed dogs damage property Registration Details Exempt
