Welcome to our Normandy haven. Nestled in the heart of a green countryside, this maisonette is an invitation to relaxation. The colorful and friendly living room/games room and TV will delight young and old with its games, drawing area and bar & kitchenette area. Épégard and its surroundings are full of treasures: hikes, bike rides, picturesque villages and authentic markets will make every day an adventure. 2 double beds + 1 cot. The space Our typical Norman house, recently renovated, can accommodate 4 people and 1 baby (it is ideal for 1 family or two couples) The house offers outdoor amenities for everyone, baby essentials, a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing garden. Around you will find markets, castles to visit, hiking trails and lots of great activities and adventures for the whole family. Photos on insta @maison_hestia_eure The accommodation includes: - Upstairs: * 1 very large master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, * 1 small double bedroom with a 140 cm bed, * 1 shower room with toilet, and baby bath - On the ground floor: * a games room/TV/bar with many children's toys, a large sofa, comfortable armchairs, a TV... Please note that the ground floor and the floor of the secondary house communicate via an external staircase. WIFI throughout the house and a good part of the garden. Linens and towels as well as shower gel and shampoo are provided. The beds will be prepared for your arrival. Outdoor: Garden of 3000 m² Small brick terrace in front of the house with sunbathing, garden furniture, garden table for 8/10 people, sun loungers... Barbecue Ping pong table Molki Badminton net 2 Soccer cages Guest access On weekends, check-in from 3 p.m. on Friday. Check-out Sunday anytime! Nearest stations Evreux, Bernay, Val de Reuil de Paris Saint Lazare 1h30 from Paris, take the A13 or A14 from Paris. Self check-in: Once your booking is complete, access codes to the property gate and home will be sent to you. Possibility to park several vehicles on the property Other things to note * The house must be returned tidy, dishes washed and tidy, bed linen used (duvet cover/fitted sheets/pillowcase...) removed from the beds and placed in the kitchen, towels in piles in the bathrooms. * Well-behaved and clean pets are allowed. * Garbage cans must be removed and placed in the sorting bins that are in the garden. Garbage cans must then be put on the sidewalk for collection :) * Municipal glass bins are 1 minute away by car (1 side of the soccer field going to the equestrian center). * Parties are not allowed.
