The Bailey House

Welcome to The Bailey House! This house is inspired by The Old Grandville House in the classic 1946 movie It's a Wonderful Life. The entry way with its unique style will have you celebrate your arrival to a peaceful house filled with hope, health and cheer. George and Mary Bailey's love story is our love story too. Our vision was to create a space to enjoy all the good things in life which are sometimes the small things. IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE BECAUSE YOU ARE HERE! The space This house has been carefully restored with Mary Bailey's vision of the old Grandville House in the heartfelt movie "It's a Wonderful Life" It is nestled in Historic Founder's Grove in Bloomington which is a charming historical area close to Downtown, The Constitution Trail and accessible to all shopping and restaurants. There is a living room, formal dining room, a meeting room, a large kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Every aspect of this house has been transformed into "The Bailey House" vision. This house is a love story and a labor of love. As a sweet bonus, your hosts have partnered with Donny B's Gourmet Popcorn and Gifts to create "The Bailey House Pop" gourmet popcorn. It's a delicious white chocolate popcorn with Bailey's Irish Creme flavor and a milk chocolate drizzle. All Bailey House guests will get to try it with their stay!
