The space The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and an electric hot water kettle, making it easy for you to prepare and enjoy meals. Bathroom has the basic essentials. Towels are provided. Free street parking available. Perhaps at night you’d need to go one block down. There is no street cleaning so you don’t need to worry about moving the car. The neighborhood, it’s quite pleasant, not like most of NYC. It has many parks, it’s quite safe and clean! A couple blocks away on Horace Harding there’s lots of restaurants. Like Hibachi, Vietnamese, fresh bagels deli, and more all the way to 188st where you have 2 big centers with applebees, poke shop, five guys, qdoba, blaze pizza and a couple more options by the theater. Dunkin’ Donuts right around the corner. Other things to note The apartment is located in the second floor of a two family house. 1 flight of stairs up. It’s important to note this is my private home.
