The Casita | Prime Location

Welcome to The Casita! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this quaint house has 2 Bedrooms/ 2 Bath that sleeps 4 comfortably. Our space is cozy, clean, & stocked with all the basic amenities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Conveniently located, we are 15 miles from Texas Motor Speedway and only 8 miles from The Historic Stockyards! Take a walk to the private park in front of the house or simply enjoy cozying up by the fireplace- our casita is your casita….We speak English and Spanish! The space BEDROOMS The master suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious full bathroom with a shower and tub. There is also a small desk for your work-from-home needs. The second bedroom has 2 closets, a twin bed, with an additional pull-out twin bed. BATHROOMS- 2 full bathrooms with shower and tub. Basic amenities provided. LIVING ROOM- Cozy sectional couch facing a large Smart TV. Working fireplace available to warm you up with the flip of a switch. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM- Full kitchen, spacious refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker with creamer, sweeteners, and other essentials. High chair and kid-friendly eating utensils available. LAUNDRY ROOM- Washer and dryer available. BACKYARD- Spacious backyard to stretch your legs, or for children to run around in. Small seating area to read a book, or sip your morning coffee. *If you choose to use the pack-n-play and high chair, we ask that you please clean after use and return where they were stored. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of our third bedroom that is kept locked. We have a keyless entry system, and parking is available on the property. We ask that you drive slowly down the driveway, as children and families may be out and about. Also, unfortunately there is no guest access to the community pool. Other things to note SIMPLE HOUSE RULES- To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and our neighbors, please keep the following house rules: -There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you choose not to respect our request, there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee charged. -We love animals, but unfortunately we do not allow pets of any kind. If you choose not to respect this policy there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee charged. -There are no parties or gatherings of any kind allowed. If you choose not to respect this rule, there will be a $300 extra charge. Any additional guest must be pre-approved by the host, and additional fees may apply. -There is no guest access to the community pool -Quiet hours 10pm-7am -Please treat home with care and respect. We appreciate your understanding!
