Suite Hide-Away

Come relax in the beautiful Sierra Mountain Foothills in the heart of Gold Country in Placerville, CA, surrounded by 10 acres of wooded space. You will have your own private suite with separate private entrance. So many options to enjoy your stay without having to go anywhere. Hike around the property, sit and relax on the porch while watching and listening to all the wildlife, watch the koi fish play in their pond, or warm up at night near the fire pit while gazing at the stars. The space This suite has its own private entrance and parking spaces. You will be given a door code and parking instructions prior to arrival. It has a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, and electric tea kettle. A selection of teas and coffee k-pods are provided along with creamer packets and sugar. One bottle of water will be provided per guest, per day. The room sleeps two to five people. Please specify the number of guests, so the proper sleeping arrangements can be configured. The room has a standard queen bed that sleeps two, a queen fold-down murphy bed that sleeps two, and upon request, a twin roll-away bed. The bathroom has a standing shower. Complimentary use of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-Tips, cotton balls, and hair dryer are offered. Enough towels for each guest will be provided with extras available upon request. Fresh clean towels will be provided every other day. The room has its own mini-split Heater/AC unit for guests to regulate the temperature in their room. Guests are allowed to explore the property but are encouraged to stay on the walking paths. Guests are not allowed to enter any of the bodies of water or other structures on the property. Guest access The suite is not accessible through the main house and no guests are allowed inside the main house or on the back wrap-around porch. All guests will use the side entrance to the left of the house when entering the suite. During your stay Guests can reach the host by texting or calling or by knocking/ringing the doorbell at the front door of the main residence if the host appears to be home. Other things to note This property is located in Placerville on the edge of Somerset/Fair Play. There are amazing wineries in the area just a few minutes away and other places are a short drive away depending on traffic: Downtown Placerville is 25 minutes Camino/Apple Hill is 30 minutes Red Hawk Casino is 30 minutes Coloma (where Gold was discovered) 40 minutes Folsom is about 40 minutes Sacramento is an hour South Lake Tahoe is an hour and a half
