Bring your bike to hit the Chippewa River Trail (just 4.2 miles away), hike the DNR land adjacent to the farmhouse, fish the Chippewa River (a short walk from the house), kayak from Phoenix Park, and enjoy the many events in and around downtown Eau Claire (just 6 miles away). In the Winter months you can enjoy ski in-ski out cross-country skiing or snowshoeing at the Silvermine Ski Jump Center. You may see the Northern Lights, hear the waterfall, and enjoy the star filled sky while you sit on the back patio or warm yourself by the firepit in the back yard. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a huge family meal or a small intimate dinner. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the upper level. Main level has kitchen, family room, dining room, bedroom, laundry and full bathroom. The lower level has a large Rec room to play cards, play games, put a puzzle together or just to get away and enjoy some space. You will love the large yard with room for volleyball, badminton or cornhole. End your day on the patio grilling dinner and marvel at the amazing sunset.
