The space NOTE: This property has has been a very popular vacation rental on the Southern Oregon Coast for the past 3 years. This is a NEW LISTING as owner recently assumed all property management from previous property management company. The space. The master bedrooms offer comfortable king beds and ocean views. One bedroom has a sliding door with full views of ocean and deck. Its bathroom includes a large sunken jetted tub (with grab bars) and with a separate full shower. The second bathroom is recently fully remodeled and includes a gorgeous tiled shower, vanity, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, instapot, full set of cooking and eating utensils, convection/ microwave oven. Note: there is no full oven, but the countertop convection oven will cook most oven dishes. The living room has two large comfy chairs that sit in front of huge expansive wall to wall windows for ocean viewing while you enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. There is a large couch and a wood burning fireplace with a couple of logs to get you started. The TV is a smart TV (BYOC) Bring your own content e.g. Amazon Prime, Netflix etc. There is a gorgeous farmhouse table with bench seating made from antique reclaimed teakwood. Guest access Guests have full access to the main home and rear deck and yard. Front parking is fully dedicated to the home. There is a separate building on the property that contains a shop/garage (owner dedicated / not in use) and a guest cottage. The cottage is NOT a short term rental. Two long term very quiet and responsible tenants reside there. Their entrance, parking and structure are completely separate from main home. The entire home and backyard deck are VERY private. Other things to note The home sits on a bluff that overlooks the ocean. The infinity deck is not enclosed with railing or fencing, so please be careful! The property is not suitable for young children.
