Le Mas de Bannayoux is a farmhouse located in the middle of 10 hectares of land. Composed of two adjoining houses with a capacity of 26 beds and a 150 m2 reception room, it welcomes you all year round for family vacations, friends, cousins, birthdays (on quote), weddings (on quote), seminars (on quote) or any other private festive event (on quote). Recharge your batteries in this unforgettable accommodation nestled in the heart of nature. The space Le Mas is located in the municipality of Couteuges, completely isolated from other homes, it is easy to access (3 min from the N102) and close to local shops and various tourist activities (5 min from Langeac, a dynamic city in the summer season). The orientation and isolation of the place allows you to immerse yourself in a very sunny natural setting. At the heart of the Mas, you will find a swing, a petanque court, a ping pong table, a secure 6 m x 3 m above-ground pool and a small garage that can accommodate motorcycles, quads or bicycles, a pool table and a foosball table. Two libraries (children's and adult books), many indoor games (board games) and outdoor games (rackets, badminton, etc.) as well as two hammocks are available. Le Mas also has the possibility to accommodate riders and their horses with hay or grass supplies depending on the season (on quote). The gîte part is configured by: - A first house that can accommodate 12 people, accessible by a small outdoor staircase. The ground floor of this house has a kitchen open to the living room, a living room area and access to a 20 m2 wooden terrace, a toilet and a laundry room, a shower room with a walk-in shower and a bedroom. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - A second semi-detached house that can accommodate 14 people, accessible on one level. Its ground floor consists of a large entrance, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a raised toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs you will find a large living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, storage area, toilet and bathroom with bathtub. The reception room part, with the safety standards in force, is composed of a large room of 150 m2, a mezzanine of 30 m2, sanitary facilities including a urinal and a raised toilet equipped with a grab bar as well as a heating room including a sink, an oven and a refrigerator. A movable WIFI box is installed on the premises. At your disposal in each of the two houses: a washing machine, a dishwasher, a clothes drying rack, a fridge-freezer. A dryer, ironing board and iron are also available in the second house. For the reception of small children, the estate provides you with a travel crib, a high chair, two baby pots, a child tricycle and a small baby bath seat. Bed linens are provided. It includes pillowcases, fitted sheets and flat sheets. Tea towels are at your disposal. Towels are not provided. In each kitchen, you will find all the necessary equipment: cutlery, plates, glasses (water, wine, champagne), dishes, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine. Pets are allowed within the limit of 4 per stay at no additional cost. During the summer season, check-out is before 11 a.m. and check-in is from 4 p.m. Keys are available in secure key boxes at the entrance of each accommodation. And outside the summer season, schedules can be flexible on request. The Haute-Loire is full of various activities in the heart of a natural environment (canoeing, kayaking, rafting, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, heritage, culture). The Allier River is quickly accessible from several beaches (Lavoute-Chilhac, L'ile d'amour in Langeac, La gravière in Chanteuges, Prades). 5 min by car, the small town of Langeac will welcome you on Tuesday and Thursday morning for its local producer market and every other day for access to local shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc.). The Langeac tourist office will guide you in organizing your tourist activities. The Château du Marquis de Chavaniac-Lafayette and its park, 5 minutes away by car, offers tours throughout the summer season. 15 minutes away, you will discover the village of Lavoûte-Chilhac or Lavaudieu, both classified as the most beautiful village in France. 20 minutes away, the Basilica of Saint Julien in Brioude, or a painting exhibition at the Deanery as well as various shops are to be discovered. Within a radius of 40 km around the Mas, you can discover the village, the volcanic organs and the beach of Prades, the history of the Beast of Gévaudan and the natural lake and its nautical and equestrian activities in the village of Saugues, the viaduct of Garabit, the plateau of Margeride, the city of Puy en Velay with its night pyrotechnic shows and its historical monuments, the fortress of Polignac, the village of La Chaise-Dieu and its abbey, etc. About 1 hour drive, after Puy en Velay, you could admire the blue lake or the Beaume waterfall. In the opposite direction, the Puy chain (Auvergne volcanoes) will be offered to you (Puy de Dôme, Puy de Sancy, etc.) as well as the Cézallier and the lead of the Cantal. Other things to note The booking is subject to the signing of a contract and a security deposit by bank imprint of €1800. The finishing cleaning package is optional but does not include: cleaning the refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee machine, microwave. The dishwasher must be empty and the garbage cans and barbecue emptied. Bed linen, only pillowcases, flat sheets and fitted sheets must be removed and placed in a basket made available to you at the entrance to each accommodation. If the Lessor finds a breach of these obligations, the Lessee is notified that part of the amount of the deposit may be withheld.
