Hi we are Paul & Barbara hello and welcome to our family home which when we are away we are pleased to welcome guests, the house is situated in a small quite close of six houses in a residential area. 
The house is close to Hope University, Penny Lane, Strawberry fields and the homes of the famous Beatles, there are easy public transport routes the city, both football stadiums and Aintree racecourse. The space The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac comprising of only 6 houses, it is close to Hope University, Penny Lane, Strawberry fields and the homes of the famous Beatles. Easy access to motorway and major arterial roads into the city centre, local bus transport is only a few minutes walk, both into the city centre main, both Liverpool and Everton football grounds, Broad Green railway station is a 10 / 15 minute walk and has a direct (3 stop) link into Liverpool Lime Street station and the city centre. There is a varied selection of restaurants and public houses within a short walk and a 20 minute walk will get you to the lively area of Allerton Road which has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
