Apartment suitable for families and groups of families, ski clubs. With all the comforts to enjoy a quiet holiday at the foot of the slopes of the Corno alle Scale (1945 meters). The place is located in Villaggio Europa between Lizzano in Belvedere (Capital) and Vidiciatico in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. We are 18 km from Porretta Terme and 18 km from Fanano where we have the only Ice Palace in all of Emilia Romagna. Internet, baby equipment and outdoor terrace available. Important: No smoking and parties. The space We have 3 rooms: Corno alle Scale: double (possibility of making 2 single beds) Monteacuto: double La Riva: 2 single beds (with the possibility of making 1 double bed) Sleeps: 6 In addition, sofa bed: 1 adult or 2 children (2-8 years) For each person over 6, there will be a charge of 25 euros/day For late check-out NOT agreed upon, there will be a charge of 20 euros/hour and other times in proportion, the charge will be made at the end of the stay. In the event that animals are brought in, there will be a charge of €20.00/day. Guest access The apartment is entirely at the guests' disposal, the stairs are partially shared. Please note that the property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility due to a flight of stairs. The entrance is independent.
