Welcome to our beautiful house in Catamayo! This cozy home has 3 bedrooms, 2 guest bathrooms, a swimming pool and a whirlpool. Also outdoor sound. The living room has a comfortable and spacious sofa, a 65-inch TV, with sound bars for an excellent atmosphere The rooms are: -Room 1: 2-seater bed ideal for couples. -Bedrooms 2 and 3: Bunk beds, with space for 5 people each (1 below 4 above). Only 5 minutes from the airport. Guest access Access to our house is very easy. We are located just 5 minutes by car from downtown Catamayo and 8 minutes from the airport. • The entrance is through the main entrance, coming from Loja - Catamayo, 600 meters from the gas station that is on the road. We are in the La Florida neighborhood (at the entrance to Catamayo), near the church of the Lord of Divine Mercy. It is a quiet place, with few people residing, and easily accessible both by vehicle and on foot. In addition, the neighborhood is safe, which guarantees a relaxing stay. Once you make your reservation, we'll send you a video with locations to guide you exactly. The host will contact you directly to send you all the necessary features. We hope to see you soon! To ensure a comfortable and safe experience, we remind you to comply with the following rules: • 🔢 Number of guests: Only people registered in the reservation are allowed in. We have smart monitoring cameras at the entrance for control and security. • 🛋 Use of furniture: Please do not sit wet on the indoor furniture. If you use the pool, dry yourself thoroughly or use the outdoor furniture. • ⚙️ Appliances and utensils: Take care of all the equipment in the accommodation: kitchen, appliances, TV and speakers. Use them responsibly. • 🧴 Towels: Guests usually bring their own towels. If you need a pair, please let us know in advance. We ask you not to remove them from the accommodation. • 🪑 Space care: Avoid stains, damage or clutter. We ask you to take care of the furniture and keep the place clean for everyone to enjoy. ⸻ 🚗 Arrival by vehicle: If you plan to arrive by car, please let us know. We will also leave the garage key in a lockbox located on the right side of the property.
