A Relaxing Oasis in Macedon

A comfortable and welcoming place to relax with friends and family. Located in the charming village of Macedon, guests can opt to spend time lounging around the pool, wander to the local cafes, walk the forest trails in the Macedon Regional Park or explore all that this beautiful part of Victoria has to offer...including wineries! Our two dachshunds, Stevie and Alf, make themselves at home when we are here, so we encourage you also to enjoy this space with your dogs. The space This generous sized home has a large open living, kitchen and dining area with great indoor outdoor flow. It is kitted out with all we think you need to sit back and relax. There are some basics food items in the pantry and fridge which you are welcome to use. There are four bedrooms off the hallway, a bathroom with a bath and shower, an ensuite off the main bedroom and a separate laundry. Easy access to the fenced back yard, swimming pool, fire pit and outdoor seating, and pizza oven. 800m to cafes, bakery and local supermarket 1km to train station 6km to Mount Macedon - cafes, wineries and pub 9km to Woodend - which has a large supermarket, lots of cafes and shops Note: Use of fire pit and pizza oven is subject to fire restrictions which may be in place during bushfire season. Note: We have done all we can to stop our dogs from escaping the backyard but cannot take responsibility should yours. Note: The swimming pool is fenced with a self locking door. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. We do store some of our belongings in the property as we rather like to escape out here from time to time. Other things to note Strictly no parties or events. All linen provided - including pool towels. We are in a bushfire zone so there may be restrictions on use of outdoor fire pit and pizza oven. We will notify guests should this situation arise. Please do not leave anyone alone around the pool or children unsupervised.
