We have a full-size kitchen with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, large pantry (with free pasta/oatmeal / coffee), spices cabinet, plates, silverware, cups, food containers, etc o Kitchen appliances:  Fridge with an ice maker (crushed / cubed ice)  Keurig coffee maker  Small electric kettle for hot water for tea/coffee  Mid-size toaster oven for mini-pizzas  Toaster for your morning toast - Dining area that seats 8 people and all the dining ware you need - Washer and dryer with free detergent for your use - Covered patio with a small sitting area - Fenced backyard, very private - Free parking on the street - Free Roku TV (free programming only, but you can connect your own apps) - A large flat dolly to help you carry your bags from the car to the house - All the cleaning supplies you can ask for During your stay There will be other guests in the house (some singles, some couples). It is a mixed-gender house. Most of the time, everyone is at work and it is dead quiet in the house. I'm available for questions: you can contact me via text /call. Every room has its own TV. If you like to listen to your TV on full sound, please bring a set of earphones. Quiet hours are 10 pm – 8 am, no guests or loud sounds after 10 pm. Other things to note If you are staying for 14+ days, you will be responsible for cleaning your own room on as-needed basis, and some house chores like taking trash out or putting dishes into the dishwasher may need to be performed. Accessibility. This is a single-story home that is great for people with mobility issues. There is a small step up to the street curb from where you park, and a slight lip over the front door. No other steps in the house. Easy maintenance. All flooring is hard (LVP, tile), no carpets or fabric anywhere in the house (except for beds), so cleaning is easy. Alcohol and drugs: Limited alcohol consumption is allowed. Use of any illegal drugs is absolutely prohibited in the house. Smoking: Allowed in designated areas in the backyard . Indoor smoking or vaping is prohibited. Restrictions: Please do not turn the gas fireplace on without the owner being present. Pets: Allowed with owner approval. If you have allergies to pets, connect with the owner prior to booking to see if there are any pets currently on the property. Safety and Security: - Your room will have a smart keyless lock that can be programmed with your personal code that will be easy for you to remember. The locks auto-lock the door after 20 seconds. - Keyless entry lock on the front door - Doorbell camera - All bedrooms and kitchen have smoke alarm - Carbon monoxide alarm - Fire extinguisher plus fire blanket in the kitchen
