It offers a very spacious living room with open kitchen and beautiful views of the vineyards and the swimming pool. There is also air conditioning for the warm months. The kitchen offers everything you need with luxury dishes. A Smeg gas stove with oven, microwave, tepanyaki plate, gourmet, toaster, luxury food processor, etc... In the sitting area with TV (Google Chromecast) and cozy wood fireplace, you can relax. Reading books and games for children are provided. Two bedrooms at both ends of the house, each with their en-suite bathroom, offer sleeping space for 6 people. The outdoor area has a spacious dining area (space for 10 people) as well as a cozy seating area. Both are covered with views of the pool. So even in too warm weather, you can enjoy the shade. The private swimming pool is heated from June to September (26°). BBQ and fireplace are available. The garden is on 1 hectare of land and has plenty of space to play soccer, walk among the fruit trees or pick delicious herbs or fruit to your heart's content.
