The space Welcome to this charming two-bedroom, two-bath home, the perfect place to relax and recharge. Thoughtfully decorated with a cozy farm theme, this home is fully stocked with basic necessities. Inside, you’ll find spacious living areas to gather and unwind and comfortable bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom has a spacious king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 comfy twin beds, a lighted vanity, and a hall bathroom close by. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful views of the lake from one of two outdoor decks—ideal for sipping your morning coffee or soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Located on an equine resort, you’ll likely catch glimpses of beautiful horses and grazing cows during your stay, adding to the rural charm. What to Expect During Your Stay Welcome to the ranch! Here’s what you need to know before your arrival: • Gate Access: To enter the ranch, you’ll receive a link to open the gate. Please ensure you have it handy for smooth access. • Roads: All major roads leading to the ranch are paved, as is our driveway. There is only a short stretch of dirt road to travel on as you approach the property. • Privacy: The ranch is home to a few other residences, including the owners’. While you may see us or other neighbors during your stay, rest assured that your privacy will always be respected. No smoking or vaping inside the property. • No parties or events without prior approval. • Only registered guests are allowed overnight. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. • Pets: Please confirm before booking (if applicable). • Check-in: After 3 PM | Check-out: By 11 AM. • Please respect our home as you would your own — report any damage or issues right away. • Turn off lights, AC/heat, and appliances when not in use. • No illegal activity of any kind on the property. Guest access The guest will have private access to the home. A map will be provided to share the areas of the ranch that they are welcome to explore. There are working spaces that we wish to keep private. Other things to note This is a working farm, there are dogs, horses, cows, chickens, and other animals on the farm that may be excited to greet you!
