Discover this beautiful, stylishly renovated barn and come and make memories with family or friends! A unique space in the heart of Sancy in a quiet hamlet just a 5-minute drive to La Bourboule. Originally from the region & passionate about hiking, I will gladly share my best tips with you! PS: "Chez Magalie" is the story of my grandfather, book and I will tell you his story ;-) The space The entrance is from the 40 m2 suspended wooden terrace, equipped with a shoe cabinet and coat rack to organize your belongings. On the left you will find: - a first bathroom with shower, double sink, washing machine, changing table area and suspended toilet - the blue bedroom with 140*190 cm double bed and storage area - the terra cotta master suite with 140*190 cm double bed, storage area, shower, sink and wall-mounted toilet - Upstairs, a dormitory in the attic with a 140*190 cm double bed and two 90*190 cm single beds that can be pushed together to make a large bed On the right you will find: - a large warm living room with exposed stones and cathedral roof incorporating a large round table for 10 people, a kitchen and a living area - Upstairs a charming bedroom with its pretty exposed beams and large glass roof overlooking the living room equipped with a double bed 140*190 cm The 40 m2 terrace is private, it is equipped with a table for 10 people and a gas barbecue Guest access The entire place is at your disposal. Your household will be the only occupant of the accommodation Other things to note At your disposal during the stay: - pillows and duvets - Tea towels/sponges/paper towels/toilet paper/garbage bags/household products (dishwashing liquid/floor, toilet, multi-surface, dishwasher, washing machine cleaner), vacuum cleaner, mop, drying rack, pin. - Salt/pepper/oil/vinegar/bean coffee machine/mint green tea - glasses, plates, cutlery, bowls, cups, pots, pans, raclette grill, salad spinner, colander, dishes, mixer, ladle, knife, bottle opener, peeler, cutting board, can opener During school holidays: reservation is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday Excluding school holidays: Minimum booking 2 nights Optional cleaning fee of €140 to be paid before your stay I do not provide linens and towels. I encourage you to bring yours. It is also possible to rent them at La Bourboule (sheets and towels: €15/bed) You are in the countryside, you can take the opportunity to meet the neighbor's cows and chickens but you may be woken up by the rooster's crow and the sound of the farmer's tractor in the morning: it goes together ;-)
