The Arty Annexe

Make yourself at home at this unique, tranquil and private artist's annexe. Comfortable and stylish, you'll find everything you need and more for a relaxing break. Our home is in a stunning, rural location with outstanding local attractions and countryside walks from the doorstep, yet only ten minutes drive from the M1 motorway and a few minutes drive from two railway stations. You will enjoy free parking on a quiet road, your own entrance and access to our pretty back garden. The space Our home is in a beautiful area at the foothills of the Pennines, with a delightful reservoir walk ony 400 yards away at the top of the lane. We are close to the Trans Pennine Trail and within half an hour of the Peak District. The lovely old market town of Penistone, with it's cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and railway station is just a few minutes drive away. We are very lucky to have so much to see and do within a short distance from here. In the flat you'll find lots of leaflets and information about our local and surrounding areas. We are proud of our 5* and Superhost rating and appreciative of the lovely feedback from our guests as it helps us to know we're doing all the right things! We want you to feel at home so you'll find lots of 'extras' which make our Arty Annexe a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Guest access The entire flat will be yours. You have a private entrance and parking on the quiet road at the back of the main house. Other things to note The Arty Annexe is accessed from the rear of the property. You will come into the back garden through a green wooden gate, there's quite a deep step up (see photo in the garden section). There are also two shallower steps to the patio leading to the door to the flat. Once inside, there are two steps from the kitchen to the main part of the flat.
