Welcome to Agnes by the Bay. A tiny home away from home, nestled in a leafy street and only an 8 minute walk to the beautiful and tranquil shores of the North facing Yellow Sands Beach. This light filled mid-century styled oasis offers all the creature comforts of home in a beach side setting. Enjoy sitting on the large undercover deck, whilst you drink your morning coffee or evening wine. Overlooking a spacious and fully enclosed private backyard that your kids and dogs will love too. The space Conveniently located in Cowes, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and local cafes only a 5 minute drive away. This beach side haven offers both relaxation and adventure. Whether you're looking to unwind by the sea or explore the vibrant local culture, this charming retreat is the perfect getaway!! Step outside onto the large undercover deck, where you can unwind in style. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening wine/beer, this space is perfect for relaxation. Fire up the barbecue for a lovely outdoor dining experience. There are two bedrooms with a Queen Bed and set of drawers in each. Pillows, doonas, and clean bed linen are provided. Both Beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms ensure a peaceful nights rest. The living room includes a comfortable leather couch and vintage arm chair, as well as a SMART TV which has access to Netflix. Some games have been placed in the chest of drawers for your enjoyment. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, milk frother and large fridge. Bowls, Plates, cutlery, glassware, mugs and other standard kitchen items are also provided. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Bath towels, Bath mat, and hand towels included. A hair dryer, hand soap, and bodywash have been included for your benefit as well. For your furry friend: -Two bowls have been left on the back deck for your use - The back door also has a doggy door (small/medium dogs will fit) Guest access You will have access to the entire home and property apart from a storage room and shed. ***please note: occasionally a campervan will be left on the property. It will be locked and covered. This is not for guest use, please do not touch it or remove cover*** The backyard is fully fenced, so you don't need to worry about your children or furry friends roaming. Other things to note A maximum of two small dogs can stay at the property. The cost is an additional $30 per night. Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture (indoors or outdoors). Please do not let wet dogs in the house. If dog fur/smells are present at time of the clean, additional deodorising/cleaning fees will be passed on to the booker.
