Casa Esteve is located on the outskirts of Coll de Nargó, a few minutes' walk from the village center. The property has more than 2000 m2, surrounded by a fence. In this space is the house with a large swimming pool, surrounded by an extensive garden area, equipped with the little ones of the family in mind. This charming country house, located just outside Coll de Nargó, combines a quiet environment with the convenience of being able to reach the picturesque village in just a five-minute walk. It is an unbeatable option for families or groups with small children or pets, as the entire perimeter of the large garden area of the property is completely fenced. The leisure spaces are designed to be enjoyed outdoors: the swings, the ping-pong table and the soccer goals guarantee fun for all ages. The garden also has a barbecue area, ideal for sharing meals in good company. The pool, surrounded by grass and located next to a large porch, is a perfect place to cool off and relax at any time of day. For leisure time indoors, the house also has a foosball table. With six double rooms (one of which has a bunk bed), the house can accommodate twelve people. The kitchen, fully equipped and with a fireplace, opens directly onto a terrace that also connects to the living-dining room. It is a house designed to experience the essence of rural life with all the amenities, and strategically located to easily access all the leisure, nature and culture options offered by the beautiful Alt Urgell region. Since the firewood is not stored in an enclosed space, its degree of dryness may vary depending on weather conditions, so it cannot be guaranteed to be completely dry. If the customer deems it convenient, they can bring their own firewood. During the summer months the daily collection of waste and the daily cleaning of the pool is included. Additional cleaning available upon request and with additional cost. Considerations The pool is operational from May to September. The charging of hybrid or electric vehicles in the house is totally prohibited. Other things to note The tourist tax (€1.10 x adult x night) is not included in the price.
