I am a former Super Host from Airbnb's beginning. I took a break for a few years but now I'm back! Rule: Whether it's one guest or two, both must be 23 years or older. My home offers a bedroom for you to lay your head. Bedroom downstairs with half bath. Shower upstairs, np. My neighborhood is quiet and it's just one person in the home. Park your car in my driveway. Microwave and small fridge. TV in adjoining room. The space Shower upstairs and your toilet and sink are in the half bath downstairs. Park your car in my driveway on the right side. Enter through the front door. Guest access You can use your downstairs bedroom of course, the downstairs half bath, and the downstairs TV room. During your stay I'll give you my cell number and/or we can communicate through Airbnb.
