Stop. Look. Listen. Breathe. These four words describe your stay here best. Casablanca Vacation House is a peaceful forest retreat in Motobu, Okinawa, with a beautiful ocean view (Pet OK). Escape the busy world and enjoy sunsets over the sea, starry night skies, and the calming sounds of nature. Surrounded by forest, this is a place to truly relax and recharge. Only 12 minutes to Churaumi Aquarium, 15 minutes to Emerald Beach, and 23 minutes to Junglia Adventure Park. The space Our house has three floors. 🛋️ On the main floor, you’ll find a lounge with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. 🛏️ Upstairs is the bedroom, which includes: • two hotel-style beds, • a bunk bed for children or shorter guests (one bed fits up to 165 cm, the other up to 175 cm), • a wooden loft bed with a ladder, • and a fold-out bed for the sixth guest. 🎱 On the lower floor, there’s a game and entertainment room where you can enjoy: • billiards, • foosball, • darts, • singing with microphones 🛁 This level also includes a relaxing stone bath. 🌿 There are two terraces with beautiful views: • The large terrace has a big wooden table for outdoor dining, and a hammock for relaxing. • The smaller terrace has a bench – perfect for enjoying the sunset. 🔥 A BBQ grill is available for rent upon request. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire three-story house, two terraces, and free parking on the property. Other things to note 🛏️ Guest Policy Reservations are possible for up to six guests. The sixth guest will sleep on a folding bed. ➡️ Please note: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If unregistered guests enter or stay overnight without prior approval, the reservation may be cancelled without refund. ⸻ 🕒 Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: from 3:00 PM (late-night check-in also possible) 　The owner will personally greet you and hand over the keys. 　Please inform us of your estimated arrival time no later than the day before check-in. 　Then call us 30 minutes before your arrival. • Check-out: by 10:00 AM 　The owner will personally say goodbye and collect the keys. • Late check-out (upon request) 　Available until 12:00 noon. 　An extra fee of ¥1,500 per hour applies. 　Please let us know in advance if you would like to extend your stay. ⸻ 🐶 Pets Dogs (only) are welcome with prior approval. A fee of ¥3,000 per dog applies. Please ask the host for details before booking. ⸻ 🎱 Game Room The billiard table is for adults only. Please handle with care — any damage may result in repair charges. Guests are also welcome to enjoy darts, table football and microphones for casual singing. ⸻ 🚭 No Smoking This is a non-smoking home, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area. ⸻ 🔥 BBQ Use A charcoal grill and accessories (charcoal, fire starter, tongs) are available for rent. Fee: ¥1,500 per stay – includes post-use cleaning. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the grill. ⸻ 📌 Final Note We kindly ask all guests to respect our house rules.
