Nature gîte with sauna and Nordic bath

Come and discover our cozy eco-friendly cottage, ideally located at the foot of Ballon d'Alsace and Planche des Belles Filles in the Southern Vosges. You will enjoy an idyllic and quiet environment, with views of ponds and nature. To complete your stay, you will have access to: • a Nordic bath • an organic sauna • a hanging net Escape to the countryside! The space Our cottage named "L'échappée Verte" is located in the heart of our beautiful region of the Southern Vosges and offers hiking, biking, and mountain sports (skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, etc.) nearby. It is decorated in this spirit and has just been carefully renovated using local materials. It is composed of: - a beautiful open living room (living/family room) with a large log table that can accommodate more than 10 people. A wood-burning stove heats the room and the house. A sofa bed (Emma brand) allows a bed width of 160 cm or 2 beds of 80 cm width). A connected TV is at your disposal. - the kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. - 2 master suites with walk-in shower and sinks: one upstairs, the other in the basement. The bedding is quality (Emma brand king size mattress in both bedrooms (180 x 200 and 160 x 200). A baby cot is installed in the bedroom upstairs. - a mezzanine with a nice atypical cabin houses two separate beds of size 140 x 200 each will accommodate 4 children or adults. There is also a play area for children. - a room with sauna/relaxation in the house and a Nordic bath on the terrace will complete your quest for serenity and rest. - a hanging net conducive to rest and relaxation. - A third bathroom on the ground floor with walk-in shower and sink. - 2 powder rooms - a beautiful and large wooden terrace overlooking ponds and nature. A charcoal barbecue and a large table with 10 chairs will allow you to fully enjoy the view of the ponds. - a closed and secure garage will allow you to store your skis, bicycles and sports equipment. - private parking will allow you to easily park 2 vehicles. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and city gas. You will find a small grocery store/bakery 200 meters from the cottage. All amenities are within a 5-minute drive (supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc...). Electric vehicle charging stations are available in the village 500 meters from the house. A vintage Peugeot bike is available in the garage to do your small shopping and go to the local market on Saturday morning. We provide duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels. A raclette/fondue machine, hair dryers, a steamer, a washing machine, etc. are at your disposal. The cleaning fee is mandatory to guarantee impeccable hygiene. Very powerful fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. Hikes from the cottage are possible. The Ballon d'Alsace is 5 minutes away, the Planche des Belles Filles is 15 minutes away, the Mille Etangs plateau is 45 minutes away. The Alsatian and Montbéliard Christmas markets are close (about 30 minutes). Calm, comfort, cocooning, nature are the key words of our cottage. Come and discover it!
