Relax and enjoy this peaceful country retreat! The Farmhouse sits on 135 acres of working farmland and is nestled among several other Century Farms. Outside, enjoy the soothing sights and sounds of Barton's Creek meandering up to the front porch. This serene setting provides ample opportunities for relaxation and exploration. Rocking chairs and Firepits. Barns and cabins. We do not permit "parties," which we define as additional guests or visitors (without prior consent of owners). The space This is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath home plus an additional loft area w/4 twin beds. Living areas include main living room, kitchen, dining area and enclosed sunroom. Bedroom 1: King bed and access to private bath Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed with access to the heated and cooled loft bunkroom with 4 twin beds Bathroom 1: (accessible from Bedroom 1) recently renovated featuring walk-in shower and clawfoot soaking tub. Bathroom 2: features walk-in shower The kitchen is equipped with basic needs for cooking including a selection of spices, oil and starter supply of coffee/filters. The TV in the living area has DirecTV, including Netflix and other streaming services. The laundry room is equipped with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry pods are provided. Wi-Fi/Internet is available. Pinewood Cottage (airbnb.com/h/hhf-pinewoodcottage) is our other property nearby.
