The space This beautiful, historic townhouse is located in a small village along the stunning mountain range near Gandia. It features four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, making it ideal for families and groups. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with TVs for added entertainment and relaxation. The rooms are bright and welcoming, and the open layout makes it easy to mingle and create lasting memories. The house has two fully equipped kitchens, both functional and easily accessible for cooking and social gatherings. The balcony overlooking the patio is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in peace and quiet. Here, you can appreciate the tranquil atmosphere and feel the stillness of the village. One of the most inviting parts of the house is the beautiful patio and archway leading to the garden and private pool. This area is perfect for hosting a large dinner or simply enjoying the serenity. The large dining table in the archway makes it an ideal spot for outdoor meals, while the private pool offers refreshing swims or sunny moments in the lush garden. The house also offers fiber broadband and WiFi, making it easy to stay connected or work if needed. Free public parking is available nearby, and the village has all the amenities you could wish for: a bakery with freshly baked bread, a supermarket, and a local butcher offering fresh produce. This townhouse is the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure, offering all the modern comforts and a wonderful location to experience both village life and the impressive mountain range surrounding the area. Other things to note As of August 2, 2024, new regulations regarding tourist rentals came into effect in the Valencia region. One of these new rules is that a tourist accommodation can only be rented for a maximum of 10 nights to the same group. After these 10 nights, guests are not allowed to check in again at the same property. For longer rental periods, a different type of contract and a non-tourism-related reason are required, which we do not offer at the moment. As of October 2, 2024, the Spanish government requires landlords to collect essential information from guests, such as identity documents, address, email, phone number, and other basic personal details. This information must then be registered by us with the Spanish authorities – SES Hospedajes. Upon check-in, guests' personal details must be verified against the information previously submitted to SES Hospedajes to ensure that no unregistered individuals are staying in the house." The pool is available for use from April to October. Please note that the pool is not heated, so the water temperature may vary depending on the weather. During hot days, it can be challenging to keep the large bedroom cool. The house’s older construction with thick stone walls retains heat, and since the room is located directly under the roof and exposed to the sun all day, it doesn’t gets as cold as the other bedrooms despite A/C ventilation. Children are warmly welcome, but we would like to remind you that the house does not have safety measures in place, so parents bear full responsibility for the safety of their children. The pool is not fenced, and strict supervision is required when children are in or around it.
