Our self contained flat is a completely separate part of an oak framed barn with its own entrance and parking . It is warm , light and spacious , with the added bonus of a conservatory ( which is unheated and not suitable for use in winter months ) There is a kitchen diner , a bedroom and a shower room en-suite. The private patch garden is enclosed and a nice place to sit and have your morning coffee whilst listening to the bird song in the summer . The space The entrance to the flat is through the conservatory , then another set of double doors to a kitchen equipped with oven , hob , kettle tea and coffee . The kitchen has everything need to cook basic meals a breakfast bar and bar stools. The bedroom has a superking bed , double windows that open into the private garden area . The bathroom , has a shower and heated radiator with towels , shower gel , conditioner and shampoo dispensers. Guest access The flat is self contained and has a small fenced are to sit in with bistro table and chairs . The cane chairs from the conservatory may also be used out doors , but need to be brought in at night. Other things to note The conservatory is one suitable for summer use as it is unheated, so to be regarded more as a hallway in the winter.
