House Rules (Strict Enforcement): • Parties are strictly prohibited at all times. • Loud music or any disturbance is not permitted after 8 p.m. • Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the house at any time. If you smoke, you must inform us prior to your arrival. • Emotional support dogs or service dogs require a 500 LPS non-refundable deposit and must be declared before booking. • Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and additional penalties of up to $500 USD.
