This offers another sleeping area - for short people!! It has a twin mattress. We are currently remodeling the studio on the bluff. Depending upon when you are planning to use - the studio should be available for another area to entertain with a kitchenette and living room with a pull out couch to sleep two. Other things to note The house has an open layout. The bathroom is thru the downstairs bedroom which is off the kitchen. The upstairs staircase is open from the living room seeing the kitchen From the kitchen you can see the upstairs bedroom The attic is off the upstairs bedroom thru a small door. It is a great room for kids and smaller adults and has two mattresses on the floor. The other bathroom is in a closet off the laundry room. The house is unique and made by a master craftsman hand milled all. The wood from local forest. It’s funky cozy cool. Rustic not new. Appliances work but don’t shine. It is located on a peninsula surrounded by the ocean with a forest backdrop. A general store that makes the Best sandwiches and is open year round. The coffee shop is open during spring and summer as is the beautiful abalone bar and restaurant in a Historic Hotel. That’s it - as far away with just what you need to relax, restore and rejuvenate.
