Parties will not be tolerated. WIFI / WiFi calling as phone reception limited. House consists of 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 - 2 of these beds are loft bunks best suited to children. features a chalkboard wall, some toys/books and games for children. Please note currently only 1 bedroom includes wardrobe. full kitchen with stove/oven, air fryer, sandwich toaster, microwave. Cutlery/crockery, Basic cooking utensils/essentials supplied (oil, salt/pepper, sauce.) Kettle - tea & coffee provided. Bathroom/laundry includes shower, shampoo/conditioner, bodywash & hairdryer. laundry tub, washing machine with powder. Airer & clothes line. lounge area - couches, Smart TV with soundbar -( please respect neighbours). wood heater & split system heat pump. OUTDOORS - BBQ, fire pot area and dog kennel. yard is enclosed however guests are responsible for all pets. (lots of dogs in the area). Off street parking. property backs onto reserve. Guest access Guests will have access to whole house, 1-2 bedrooms based on number of guests. Bathroom/laundry, kitchen, living & dining. **Garage area of house is locked due to containing cleaning/maintenance items and our personal belongings.** Other things to note Ants - *JACK JUMPER allergies - whilst we do our best to control pests around the premises.
